Dino Longi is the Founder of Urbane Roost and serves as the Managing Partner. In his role, he oversees the activities of management, land acquisition, product development, investor relations, and strategic planning.

After 11 years in the high tech consulting industry, Dino successfully moved into the homebuilding industry where he advanced rapidly within the public home builders in recognition of leadership skills and ability to consistently deliver results. Dino demonstrated success in planning and executing small and large scale projects ranging in size from 20 to 5,000 home sites. During his 20 years in home building, Dino has become very skilled in all disciplines of constructing both attached and detached residences. Dino has an Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and three kids.
